The King compact pill, tablet and capsule counting packing lines feature the King automatic pill counters, unscrambling and accumulation King rotary tables, press capper, base coding transfer belts and a labeller. The semi-automatic tablet counting machines King Dispenser Rx and King Checker Qc are compact and portable tablet capsule counters for counting and filling food and non-food, oral dose and tabletted products such as tablets, capsules, pills, caplets, soft gels, dragee, sweets and confectionary products into glass and plastic bottles, jars, containers, doypack pouches and packs, stand-up pouches, paper pouches, pre-made pouches and packs with modern packaging concepts. They are ideal for small to medium output pharmaceutical production and food production companies. Their key output speed data is as follows: diameter 5mm round tablet - up to 1000 tablets per minute; diameter 8mm round tablet - up to 700 tablets per minute; diameter 11mm round tablet - up to 500 tablets per minute; diameter 15mm round tablet - up t o 300 tablets per minute; size 'zero' gelatine O capsule - up to 250 capsules per minute. 

The excellent King Technocount T8, T12 and T12T tablet counting machines are ideal for counting and filling caplets or irregular shaped tablets. They can count up to 4,000 tablets or capsules per minute, quantities up to 10,000, can be used for small counts, operator friendly, large hopper gives even product feed, efficient container handling system avoids spillage, full visual readout of quantity selected, count progress and number of containers filled. They are excellent for production operations where flexibility is vital. The machines then process the tablets and capsules into the correct product count into the bottles or containers. Advanced functionality features include sophisticated and proprietary vibration control system, counting sensor array with high-speed computer processor and counting software.
